Main House

La Pietraia is composed of two well restored 18th Century casales. The Main house is built over a 13th Century watch tower. No expense has been spared to recreate the look and feel of the old architecture, while providing every modern comfort in abundance.

• Five bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with its own bathroom and queen size four poster bed. Two bedrooms with twin beds, two bedrooms with queen size beds. Three additional bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
• Large state of the art eat-in kitchen, with wood oven, 2 dishwashers, state of the art appliances, including a large Sub-Zero refrigerator. Fully equipped with kitchenware and furnished with Vietri tableware.
• Spacious dining room with open fire, a living room, light on three sides, 3 French doors opening on to a large terrace. Cathedral ceiling, wood beams and a big open fireplace. Wi-Fi.  La limonaia, a conservatory, is used as an additional living room, with TV and a DVD library. Wifi throughout the house.
• One powder room, built inside an antique oven. A spacious pantry/laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, ironing board) used also as storage room.
•  The big swimming pool sits on the hillside, behind and over the house. The pool is maintained weekly.

"La Pietraia" stands high on a hill, with sweeping views of the Tiber Valley.

Fifteen acres of land, beautifully landscaped, surround the house. Hundreds of olive trees, a fruit orchard and a vegetable garden
